With fast development of globe-economic integrated and modern information technology, Consumers' individual demand is increasing. More and more competitive market environment put up higher demand for enterprises. Automobile companies are facing bigger and bigger challenge both in meeting customer's demand and cost-control. To enhance competition in domestic and abroad market, focus on its main business, we suggest enterprises should outsource its non-core business including warehousing; delivery and transporting apply to 3PL (the third party logistic) to finish logistic tasks.Although SGMW has been a fast runner in mini-car industry, which is facing heated competition in automobile industry, SGMW develop the strategy target of the third wave which is top consicios leader in domestic mini-car industry, to demonstrate our significance in the global competition, to duplicate wuling operation modules and teamwork all over the map, to become a passenger vehicle manufacturer. It should apply modern logistic to SGMW to improve management level of SGMW and decrease production cost.Based on experiences of SGMW inbound logistic operated by 3PL, it is introduced firstly that current logistic management situation of SGMW. After analyzing SGM-QT logistics outsourcing processing, it is described that outsourcing analysis of SGMW inbound logistic. Thirdly, the plan and optimized details for inbound logistic of SGWM would be discussed according to theory of Supply Chain Management and 3PL.
