Research On Reverse Logistic Outsourcing Decision

Reverse logistics is referred to the unqualified goods rework, returns and turnover of packaging containers from the use of demand-side to the supply-side entity formed by movement of goods. Along with the increased environmental awareness in the world, reverse logistics get more intention from the operations areas and management areas. Reverse logistics has a prominent contribution in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises .However, due to cost pressures, the government lacks in management and consumer lacks in awareness of environmental protection as well as factors such as an immature market, there are not many companies taking into account of reverse logistics business model analysis and other related issues in this area currently in China, therefore I made my research on this field.I have the following contents and conclusions in this paper:1. I study the three modes of reverse logistics runs mainly from four aspects, they are theoretical proofs, scope of application, practical application and their respective strengths.2. Through analysis and study of three modes of operation, we draw a conclusion. Although the self-mode and associated mode have their own advantages and scope of application, but the reverse logistics outsourcing model is the main trends of future.3. In the premise of using outsourcing model, I use qualitative and quantitative analysis to build a fairly complete reverse logistics outsourcing decision-making system. Mainly includes four parts:(1) Outsourcing decision-making considerations;(2) Outsourcing decision-making process;(3) Outsourcing decision-making evaluation index system;(4) Use AHP when deciding reverse logistics outsourcing provider. This is also a major innovation in this paper.In this paper, we study the third-party reverse logistics company time, price, quality, service, innovation, management culture as a comprehensive consideration of the seven aspects, multi-perspective analysis to build reverse evaluation index system of logistics outsourcing decision-making. This is another innovation of this paper.The study of reverse logistics business model has just started, we need to view it with a developing points. And this paper is also limited to the author's knowledge structure. Inevitably considered incomplete or research isn't deep enough and so on. Reverse Logistics Outsourcing is believed to develop further and with the deepening of theoretical research this paper will be supplemented and improved gradually.
