This paper mainly studies the risk management of ZXWN-PS V3.08.10 IT project in ZX corporation. Based on literature reading at home and abroad on the risk management of IT project, the paper introduces the classification of risk of IT project, risk management theory and method of integrating. Based on the integrating method, using qualitative and quantitative methods, the paper studies the risk management of ZXWN-PS V3.08.10 IT project in ZX corporation in the four aspects as follows:risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, risk response, risk supervise and control. On the basis of risk identification, through the trigger, the paper uses quantitative and quantitative methods to analyse and evaluate the risks; According to the actual sources and the properties of risk, the paper takes out the measures and emergency measures to supervise and control the risk; based on IT project risk management theory and the case study, there are strategyas of IT project risk management as follows:increasing risk management consciousness, establishing the integrated risk management team, strengthening the training, risk management should be used for all projects, strengthening human resource management, risk management from the beginning of project, establishing the risk to avoid risk effectively, and dynamic adjustment according to the changes of risk timely; at last, the study gets the conclusions and prospect of the research.
