Currently, a new market competition in the telecommunication industry is outspreading, characterized by corporate-reintegration and the application of G-3 mobile communication technologies. Facing the rapid changes and the fierce competition, the employees of Gansu mobile Co. confront numerous conflicting inducements, and there are many typical, industrially and organizationally characterized, occupational mental health problems, such as:role-conflicts during reformation, enthusiasm & energy dropping, delinquencies, frustration, interpersonal conflicts, pressures from occupational development, unbalance between work and life, etc., becoming the non-ability factors that influencing the development of both the Company and the employees. How an enterprise guarantees the physical and mental health of its employees as well as improves the mental activities of hem? It becomes nowadays an important research topic in the business circles and the human resource management.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) a set of systematic, long-term program on the welfare and assistance of employees established by their organization. EAP is highly effective on resolving the mental and conduct problems of employees caused by excessive pressures, and plays a positive role on enhancing organizational performance, promoting the harmony and stability of an enterprise. To research the application of EAP in Gansu mobile Co., the Thesis selected Gansu mobile Co. as the research object, with whose concern and solution to employees'mental factor problems in management circumstance as its subject.This Thesis sufficiently applied the latest theory achievements of home and abroad concerning EAP, and closely combined such facts as the organizational environment, the management circumstance and the occupational development status of the employees in Gansu mobile Co.;The EAP application study was launched in the experimental enterprise, i.e. Gansu mobile Co. on the basis of the mental health investigation and the mental condition analysis and research; An EAP executive program applicable for Gansu mobile Co. was designed accordingly, in which an integrated set of execution plans were brought forth.
