Electricity production occupies an important position in the national economy as an energy guarantee for social development,and state-owned power generation enterprises are the main force in electric energy production.As the economic development enters the new normal and the external competitive environment is becoming increasingly fierce,the traditional extensive operation and management can no longer meet the actual needs of high-quality development of enterprises under the new economic normal.It is a job with high pressure,high risk,heavy tasks,and sudden characteristics.Coupled with the remote location and closed production characteristics of power generation companies,employees are under double pressure from work and family.For enterprises,the increasing pressure will seriously affect the physical and mental health and work performance of employees.Excessive stress can easily lead to various psychological problems and behavioral disorders,which not only reduces the quality of personal work and life,but also seriously affects the organization.Effectiveness eventually becomes an obstacle to the realization of organizational goals.How to effectively solve the pressure and psychological problems of enterprise employees is no longer urgent,and is imperative.Under the new situation,employees 'expectations of the enterprise are no longer just at the material level.If the enterprise cannot make appropriate adjustments to the employee 's policies according to the changes in the needs of employees,it will inevitably bring employees' low satisfaction with the company and a sense of belonging A series of problems such as poor work enthusiasm and poor organizational cohesion.For the A power generation company,how to find another way,give full play to the institutional advantages of the state-owned enterprise,improve employees 'sense of identity with the enterprise and organizational goals,improve employee happiness index,and increase employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise are to increase employee motivation and teamwork Cohesion,the key to accomplishing the transformation of enterprise development and achieving high-quality development.Foreign practice has proved that EAP provides an effective solution for this.EAP is the Employee Assistance Program,also called Employee Help Program,which is designed to help solve the psychological and behavioral problems of employees(including immediate family members),so as to improve the performance of employees in the organization and improve organizational management.A common view is that EAP is a systemic welfare project provided by companies free of charge to employees.Enterprises provide employees with training and consultation to help them solve various psychological and behavioral problems they face,so as to improve their work performance,improve organizational efficiency and management effectiveness.This view emphasizes the solution of employee problems,but underestimates the analysis of the reasons behind the management level of the problem.EAP should not only help employees deal with stress and emotions,but also help companies find and analyze the problems behind the problem.Improve management to avoid the transfer of management-level problems to employee problems.The paper takes A power generation company as the research object,and organizes and analyzes the research data by investigating and researching the industry background,company status,employee's current work pressure,physical and mental health status of the A power generation company,and the employees' demand for EAP,Refining relevant information,sorting out the actual problems faced by enterprises and employees at present,and designing the EAP scheme of A power generation enterprises in terms of overall planning,main content,execution mode and safeguard measures.When designing EAP schemes,insist on the two Starting with the aspect: on the one hand,starting from the employees themselves,through the design of company A 's EAP program,in order to achieve the purpose of guiding employees to correctly view various pressures,psychological and emotional disturbances in life and work,and improve or master coping ability;on the other hand From the perspective of organization and management,according to the current problems of Company A,it puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to achieve the purpose of improving management.The thesis is dedicated to designing a suitable EAP program for A power generation enterprises through investigation and research,focusing on solving the problems of employees' pressure and emotions,and also helping enterprises to cultivate their own EAP service team.At the same time,it also focuses on talent team construction,organizational security,and enterprise.In terms of management and other aspects,it has put forward relevant suggestions for the construction of a long-term mechanism for EAP of A power generation company.
