Modern international academic research is nearly 30 years to come to the subject of the new science and research. So, in the area of modernization research area of modern research is of an urgent topic.In the history of the centuries, there have been three times of revitalization, the National Government to develop the Northwest, the new China "five", "three-line construction." This three times in the revitalization of the economy and lay a solid foundation, but the real milestone in the economic potential of the excitation is the last 10 years of western development. Chapter one is introduction. Describes the research background, significance, at Home and Abroad, research ideas and methods, and research possible innovations. Chapter two is definition. This chapter from the beginning of the modern definition of the concept of modernization theory and the development process of China's modernization to a brief review, then the modern concepts of the region were described, the ultimate goal of modern research on the relations in the region of time and geographical areas.Chapter three is 1999-2009, the development of regional modernization. The main development since the West has been shut in the 1999-2009 modernization process.
