In the 21 century,the aging problem will Getting more and more serious. These make Chinese country face more serious challenge. By analyzing the styles in Chinese country,this Paper discusses the existing problems of providing for the aged in Chinese country deeply and make some suggests.This paper discusses five aspects of problems:In the first part,I state three different ways of rural endowment which include family support embodies,collective endowment and social endowment,according to current situation of rural old-age security system. And I also conclude the weakening of traditional endowment and the inefficiency of social endowment due to the aging of the population,changing of family structure and so on. At last,the essay will discuss the meaning of solving the problem existing in the rural endowment insurance from the angles of"Three rural issues"(issues of agriculture farmer and rural area ; issues concerning agriculture , the countryside and farmers ; issues concerning agriculture , countryside farmers),harmonious society and socialist modernization.In the second part,I analyze the challenges and the problems existing in the rural endowment system in terms of economy,politics and culture on the basis of the first part. And I review the rural endowment system in the foreign countries to seek for the experience for the construction of rural endowment system in China in the third part. In the fourth part,I put forward the plan of building up the multi-stanchion rural endowment system according to the current situation of rural old-age security in our country. And then I will talk about the concrete construction of it in terms of legal system,management, how to carry out and supervise.Fairness and happiness is the ultimate aim we human beings pursue, which is the concentrated reflection of socialism superiority. Solving the problem of rural endowment means that the pension problems of the most people in our country have been solved and we have made a step forward harmonious society and constriction of new socialist countryside.
