| As a effective and foundmental method,WBS is widely used to decompose a whole project into subordinate items according to the characteristics of the project limit time,investment control and project administrition orgnization framwork.How to use the WBS in a new aluminum negative electrod porject effectively is the major concern in this study.The following works are researched:systematic discusing of the characteristics of products and process flow in new aluminum negative electrod project;setting up a WBS framwork suiting for the aluminum negative electrod project with full process flow by studying the designing elements,designing principle and the methods and steps of work decomposing.A WBS framwork will provide the investor and project managers a reference to control project quality,construction time and investment.Since a low constuction invesment of new aluminum negative electrod project will ruduce the cost of its products, many new aluminum negative electrod projects chose to delete some process from the full process flow to reduce the investment and construction time according to the their actual conditions such as geographic enviroment and energy supply. In this case, the WBS framwork with full carbon process should be modified according to the deletion of the process.How to modify or rebuild the the WBS is studyed in the paper.To introduce the application and effect of WBS,a real aluminum negative electrod project is exampled in the study. By comparing with WBS framwork with full process and concluding the advantage and disadvantage and the aspacts to improve, the necessity putting WBS into practice is proved at a further step.Carrying out WBS to decompose the new aluminum negative electrod project to form concrete plans of constructiong and producing based on the characteristcs of the aluminum negative electrod project have been studied.The study should provide a significant reference to the carbon project investors and project administator. |
