The 30000 tons of automotive aluminum alloy profile production line construction project of Alnan Aluminum Inc. got the regional strategic industry development special fund for support by Guangxi government. The project not only conforms to the needs of the national industrial policy, also can promote the industrial upgrading of Guangxi aluminum processing industry and promote the development of related industrial chain.In this paper, the risk of construction project has been studied according to the 30000 tons of automotive aluminum production line project of Alnan Aluminum Inc. The risks have been identified with brainstorming method, combining with the causal analysis method, interview method, Delphi method, the project include nine kinds of risk which is technical risk, quality risk, schedule risk, financial risk, environmental protection risk, external supporting conditions risk, market competition risk, policy risk, and natural disasters risk. There are 23 kinds of second risk factors, we analyze every factor qualitatively, evaluate the severity of the risk and the risk possibility. Map risk coordinates in order to determine the key control areas. According to the project characteristic, we take the following steps to cope risk, reducing risk, preventing risk, transfering risk, avoiding risk, accepting risk, reserving risk or the combination of risk coping strategies, And take concrete measures to control risks.This article takes the idea of a typical risk management in risk identification, risk estimate and evaluation, risk response and control. Because of the specific projects, this article is more practical and operational than the simple theory, and can provide a good reference for similar projects.
