Research On The Sap Business Blueprint Of The Project Management Processes Design For Hn Group

This paper takes HN group as the research object, expounds the SAP system based on project management system of business blueprint requirement analysis, system design, detail design, system implementation and so on. Emphatically introduces the SAP's project management system based on the overall design and detailed design stage.In the design phase, this paper also introduces the project background, HN group project management system architecture, business needs, projects and programs related to master data management and materials management, financial management, equipment management module seamless integration of content in detail.In the detailed design stage, analyzes the status of the group's management and business processes, bases on the long-term development of the enterprise, restructures the corporate business processes and puts the SAP implementation model,project management and process management into HN group's SAP project management processes of the implementation's design to improve the possibility of successful application. Then uses project management ideas to prospect the entire project management process design.Finally, this paper summarizes key points based on the SAP system design of the project management processes.
