China's auto dealers have greatly developed in the past ten years. It's due to the car auto manufacture enterprise's training. Now auto trade enterprises have own development momentum. In 2010 auto dealers have a major event, is the ZhongSheng group listing in Hong Kong, ZhongSheng implies a development mode in the great changes in future, With the car dealer bigger and stronger. The increasingly talent fierce competition between auto trade enterprises, auto sales personnel is the important pillar of enterprise development, therefore, how to attract and retain sales personnel become the important issues which auto trade enterprises concerned, Auto trade enterprises sales staff satisfaction constantly put on the agenda.Scholars have started to pay attention to sales staff job satisfaction, and begin to explore influence factors of sales staff job satisfaction. Theoretical studies show that job satisfaction for employees working attitude and mind have an important impact., but the auto trade enterprises company sales staff satisfaction empirical study is very little.This paper takes the Chinese cultural background Auto trade enterprises sales staff satisfaction for research focus on the domestic and foreign relevant job satisfaction based on research results. Use of human resource management and organizational behavior of the relevant theory of knowledge to study the auto enterprise sales staff satisfaction of influencing factors.
