This thesis talked about a new marketing and business model established by E-sales in Chinese Auto marketing. In other words, it analyzed and explored the question whether there is an effective way to realize Three-Win among auto manufactory, dealers and real customers by auto E-sales business.Firstly, this thesis introduced current whole Chinese auto industry, the background of S auto-sales company and successful E-sales cases from auto manufactory in other countries. Also, it explained the research way and thesis architecture. Secondly this thesis reviewed relative theory and knowledge about E-business briefly, while it analyzed the difficulty and risk of E-business. Thirdly, this thesis talked about the business model for E-sales. Last but not least, this thesis provided a total solution for E-sales in S sales company.
