As the pillar industry of national economy, the automotive industry play more and more important role in our country. The development of the automotive industry directly affect the economic and social development. As the downstream of the automobile industry chain, it pay attention that the auto sales enterprise assume the responsibility for social responsibility.Car sales enterprises has important significance that it fulfill the social responsibility. On the one hand, it can make consumers understanding of the enterprise so that it increase the awareness of the enterprise and thus increase sales; On the other hand, employees participate in the enterprise management, enhancing employees’ sense of belonging, improving the staff’s sense of responsibility so that they contribute to the development of their own strength for the enterprise.This article use mang methods.It include normative research and so on. It analyzes the problems of a auto sales enterprise social responsibility evaluation system under the perspective of stakeholders. It built a auto sales enterprise social responsibility evaluation system, and made an empirical research on the enterprises A.The composition include six chapters in the paper. The first chapter explain realistic background and so on. The second chapter is relevant theories. It mainly explains the concepts of the social responsibility. The three chapter take point on the auto sales enterprise social responsibility. It introduce the basic situation of auto sales enterprise and analyzes it. The four chapter designs the auto sales enterprise social responsibility evaluation system based on stakeholders. Five indexes is consist of this paper. It is responsibility of employee, the responsibility of Shareholder, the responsibility of consumers, the responsibility of supplier, the responsibility of the environment. The five chapter is the application of automobile sales corporate social responsibility evaluation system. This chapter mainly based on a survey of the corporate A, to evaluate A corporate social responsibility fulfillment situation, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions. The six chapter is the conclusion. This chapter mainly introduces the research conclusion and research. It provide reference for subsequent research.
