Along with the continuous development of China's national economy,people's living standards are continuously rising,automobile as a means of transport,or whether it is a status symbol,has already become necessities of people's life.With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,national automobile manufacturing enterprises have been from the initial introduction of foreign advanced production equipment and technology to the continuous innovation,research and development of independent automobile brand,have been increasingly mature.Auto consumers are in favour of domestic automobile instead of choosing the imported automobile.There have more opportunities,greater development space for the domestic automobile production enterprises and automobile sales enterprises.And in this environment there are more opportunities and development space,but as automobile sales enterprise HongRuiTong Auto Sales Company has never been caught in a dilemma.The automobile sales enterprise that was once enjoyed "high reputation" in Heilongjiang province,how to such a situation now?In order to unravel this mystery,so that HongRuiTong Auto Sales Company get out of dilemma.Finding by hard and thorough search in this thesis,it is reproduced scene for HongRuiTong Auto Sales Company from the formation,development gradually into the predicament.Faced with difficulties,there must be tenacious battle of wits,flexible mind,full of confidence,and should never be discouraged.By studying the PEST analysis,Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis of three aspects,HongRuiTong Auto Sales Company in which the macroeconomic environment,industry environment and internal conditions is given exploration and analysis in depth,and pointed out the problems and causes existing in the company,thus further pointed out there are the problems in development strategy of the company.Development strategy is very important to the enterprise,it is a "Guiding Light" in the development of enterprise.By re-strategic choice,positioning,it is a new development strategy set out,it aims at helping HongRuiTong Auto Sales Company out of the woods,and enhancing market competitiveness,improving the economic benefit,achieving better results,and regain enjoying "high reputation" in the automotive sales industry of Heilongjiang Province.
