Compensation incentive has become one of the most important parts of modern human resources management. To design a scientific and reasonable salary system, to maximize its efficiency is an essential management tool, through which the enterprise could attract and retain talent, as well as strengthen its core competitiveness.The material come from AG real estate Company, investigated the pay-related performance and salary system, and referred lots of cases and materials. The paper analyzed the human resource management, diagnosed pay-related and salary system on the base of the enterprise current status. Found that the salary system is unreasonable and unjustness. the employee are not active and competitive, can't meet the demand of the company development, that brought a lot of difficulties for the human resource management and running management.After analyzing we redesigned the pay-related performance and salary system combined the company manages strategy. The project includes the guidance, principle, mode and framework, also included the details information about the positions. At last we came into being the pay-related performance and salary system of the company.
