With the rapid development of the social and economic environment and increasing progress of science and technology, human rescource management has become the core and foundation of modern business management. The competition of modern business lies in the competitio of talents, the competition of scientism and specialization in talents management. With the effective human rescource management, business can make full use of the specialization of human rescource management, which could realize scientific management of talents and make the most role of talents. Competition management attracts the most concern from top level executives and all staff, as the main composite of human rescource management. It is directly relates to the effect of business human rescource management and places a great role in the overall busines performance.The management practice of century town real estate enterprise is used as the basic material for this dissertation, Through studying of the domestic and overseas salary structure theory and salary management paper, the author has taken both the characteristic of real estate human resources management and the actual situation of real estate enterprise into consideration, then has presented a diagnosis report for the human resources management of century town real estate enterprise in this thesis.Based on the above diagnosis, this paper design salary system for century town real estate enterprise. This proposal will discuss the theory, guiding principle, mode and structure of salary, relative salary standard, detailed salary plan for all positions, and etc.
