State-owned enterprise managers need to recognize the fact that, for an enterprise, staff creative power represents its future and also determines its survival potential. As an initiative power of enterprise's development, it is vital to research institutions such as GCY. In this article, several effective suggestions, stermed from conclusions through series of questionnaire analysis in GCY, have been proposed to this enterprise's managers of improving employees'creativity.On the basis of researching literatures domestic and abroad, the author summarized representative individual factors—personality and external factors—organization climate both affecting the staff creativity and wrote the questionnaire. By analyzing the investigation data of 111 employees of GCY, it had the followingconclusions:(1) No distinctive influence has been abserved as demographic variables such as gender, age, education level, workingage, type of personnel, etc exert on the creativity of GCY employees.(2) The characteristics of personality has some extent influence on the staff creativity.(3) The personality preference of GCY workers'has a big inclination.(4) Creativity of workers whose personality prefer NT have not been fulfilled in GCY.(5) Differences exist among the organization climate factors which influrence the creativity of employees.
