"13th Five-Year Plan" stressed the development concept of innovation to be the key elements of economic development.Innovation is the endogenous driving force to achieve economic and social development concertedly and to enhance the comprehensive national strength,which is also the key factors to help the enterprises faced the fierce competition in the market to get the competitive advantage.In the enterprise,whether it is technological innovation,process innovation or management innovation,must rely on the creativity of all employees.China's scholars attach great importance to the study of employee creativity,but mainly from a relatively macro point of view of technological innovation and organizational innovation,from the perspective of psychology and behavior of individual creativity is not enough depth.Based on the theory of self-determination and social cognition,this paper explores the internal mechanism of person-organization fit and employee creativity through the systematic combing of domestic and foreign research.At the same time,put the motivation as mediator,and initiative personality as moderator to construct the model of creativity promotion.Through the hierarchical regression analysis of340 valid questionnaires,the relationship between person-organization fit,internal motivation,active personality and employee creativity was examined.The following main conclusions:(1)The internal motivation and creativity of male employees are significantly higher than female employees,and the education level and working years have significant positive correlation with the creativity level of employees.The difference of unit type will significantly affect the creativity level of the employees higher than the level of creativity of other institutions.(2)Person-organizational fit has significant positive effects on internal motivation and employee creativity.(3)Internal motivation in the person-organization fit and employee creativity between play a part of the intermediary role.(4)Active personality has a moderating effect on the relationship between person-organization fit and employee creativity.At the end of this paper,the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the creativity of the staff in the context of organization:focusing on the dynamic matching between individuals and organizations at different stages,starting from the recruitment process,attaching importance to staff training,improving the matching between employees and organizations;Individual needs,to stimulate internal motivation of employees,thereby enhancing individual creativity.This study enriches the existing research on the relationship between person-organization fit and employee creativity,breaks through the single impact model of iperson-organization fit on creativity,and introduces the personality traits of employees as moderators,enriching the matching perspective and A Study on the Regulatory Mechanism of Creativity.The results of the study and the management inspiration enriched the staff creativity promotion strategy,at the same time for the enterprise formulation recruiting strategy and the recruiting system provides the reference.
