Influence Of Enterprise Leader's Personality Of State Owned Corporate On Staff's Ideological And Political Quality

With the development of modern society, ideological and political training has played a more and more important role in maintaining the stability of the staff and advancing the healthy growth of enterprise. However, there are many problems in this field, and one of the reasons is that we lack appropriate media. Based on modern theories on management and Chinese situation, we find a new way to improve the efficiency of enterprise's ideological and political training. That is, enhaucing the personality of enterprise leader. In addition, we investigate the requirements of an excellent enterprise leader and ways to acquire them.
