| As the power enterprises reform system has been deepened, the enterprises have an increasing need on transform management via IT. Within the power enterprises, many applied systems have been built up, but IT Isolated Islands occur meanwhile, such as, the IT resources cant been shared enough as well as the data cant been transferred to valuable information. These have been the bottleneck for enterprises IT built up.In order to solve this problem, we bring up the idea of EIP (Enterprise Information Portal), which is to taking full use of the EIP, integrating the information resources from applied level, business level and data level.It can unify all allocated business services and information into integrated management, and provide a unified access for the enterprises users on visiting all data, application and services. In order to provide a high level SI and open environment for the systems built up in different period and on different platforms, EIP conduct a framework based on SOA. Build the SOA framework of the system can in a unified and mode of interaction.Web services technology are the main tech for SOA so far.This paper out of the needs of power enterprises information portal,focus on how to make these technoliges work, like single sign-on, customization, unified users, rights management, business access, information display and so on, describes the implementation of corporate information portal functionality of software, hardware, environment and safety security measures,So that the enterprises can build up an open, extensible and systematic EIP platform based on data, centered on application, aimed at the business and procedure automation.The paper's innovation lies on that it brings out an EIP framework based on SOA, which provide an integrated and open environment for all applied system access. It brings out the portal information display solution based on data center and analysis-aided which can conduct aided for the enterprise decision making. |
