Information Portal Migration Of The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Systems

With the accelerated pace of enterprise information construction, Enterprise information portal has become the basic platform to integrate enterprise information resources and application system. It offers employees a single access entry to solve the structured integration problems of a variety of information and focuses on seamlessly integration of enterprise's ready applications. It achieves the end-user's personalization by role-based content organization. It transmits information based on predefined web components. The construction of enterprise information portal significantly promoted the efficiency and the level of enterprise operating management. To a certain extent, it enhances the core competitiveness of enterprise and becomes a very important tool to improve the level of enterprise information resources management.The distributed deployment situation of information portal in Liao He oil field company seriously restricted the"unified management of information resources, information technology integration and information sharing"advantages of enterprise information portal. The project researched and applied information portal technology, network technology,load balancing technology, server clustering technology, Hyper-V virtualization technology, data backup and recovery technologies,etc. We had constructed a new centralized and unified information portal system by advanced system architecture , safe and efficient working platform , a unified software deployment and configuration, multi-level security protection technology, automatic remote data backup,etc.In the course of migration and integration of enterprise-internal information portal system,the project team members overcame difficulties of complicated technology, difficult and the lack of technical research information, we migrated and integrated all of 800 information portals to a unified deployment of server farm according to the information status of Liao He oil field and finally realized technology improvement of architecture, hardware, application software versions of information portal and centralized deployment of information portal system. We accomplished the unification of the design style,column design,function modules,created conditions for the managements of daily maintenance,rights settings, unified security backup strategies. At the same time,we integrated information resources of our company, the working efficiency of the platform improved significantly,we achieved the expected goal of migration and integration , preferably realized original intention to integrate information portal technique with enterprise information resources and application system, promoted application effect of the information portal platform and laid a solid foundation for information construction of Liao He oil field.
