Our government has been implemented twenty time measures to cut down more than hundreds of drug s price, but the problem of high drug price still exists, medical expenses have not been solved. What causes the control objective can not be achieved, government regulation or the wrong measures.This paper use game theory analysis the government, drug manufacturers, drug consumers, the Government does not under the control of the three parties can not reach the balance of interests, coupled with incomplete market under asymmetric information, the special nature of medicines, hospital monopoly this made the status of government regulation of drug prices as a necessity; then use of cost-benefit analysis valuable of government regulate drug price, analysis drug regulation for pharmaceutical,circulation link,patients influence, although the evaluation of government regulation of drug price still exist some problems, not solve the phenomenon of high drug price, but it is deny that drug price reduced price, control health care costs and achieved a certain, this show government drug control is effective. Finally, analysis the cause of the limited availability, introduce foreign drug control method, analysis and comparison with our different, proposed useful measures for development of our suggestion.
