Since the late 1980s, large number of physical laborers in rural China has moved from countryside to work in the cities. These peasant workers have formed a"Flood". With the rapid economic and social development in China nowadays, the younger peasant works are different from the elder generation due to the different background of their birth and growth. The 1st generation of peasant works refers to those born before 1980s. The 2nd generation refers to those who were after 1980s and started to word in cities at late 90s. According to statistics, the 2nd generation peasant works have took an important role in various areas today.In this paper is based on the data of investigated peasant workers in Zhejiang province. This study worked systematically on the status in the younger generation by contrast between two generations of peasant workers, using statistical methods of variance analysis, factor analysis, multivariate logistic regression analysis, etc. This study was issued in the form of the questionnaire. The questionnaire in the light of the job satisfaction surveys on the basis of the actual situation of experts arrived at the advisory. The analysis indicates the job satisfaction of peasant workers constituted by the five dimensions: interpersonal relations work itself, the business environment factors, work income and social security. The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.The results show that: (1) the younger generation peasant workers in job satisfaction are generally lower than the elder generation peasant workers'; (2) education background, the age of work, work position and industries have a significant effect to job satisfaction of the younger generation peasant works; (3) the work self and work income have an obvious drawing impact on the job satisfaction of the younger generation peasant workers. Living condition has the same strong impact on the younger generation peasant workers of job satisfaction.Therefore, the enterprise shall put forward the following Suggestions: First, strengthening education of rural migrant workers to promote their reemployment training is the fundamental way. Second, the enterprises should actively improve employee management system, to provide good place to live. Third, the improvement of income to job satisfaction has significant influence can be seen; the enterprise should be perfected compensation system. Fourth, strengthen their spiritual encouragement. Fifth, the enterprises should participate in promoting rural migrant workers improvement of living conditions.
