The Research Of Citizenization Of The New Generation Peasant Workers

The citizenization of peasant workers is a serious social problem whichchallenges the transition of China. At present, as an important part of peasant workers,the new generation of young peasant workers have much more the desire and ability ofthe citizenization process, through the research of the new generation of peasantworkers and older generation of peasant workers comparison to obtain the gapbetween the two, we find out the characteristics of them, the new generation offarmers to find solutions to the problems of the people of the answers.From the existing data, the domestic issue on many peasant workers, but the newgeneration peasant workers on the theoretical study and practical issue is not explored,this paper has selected10different villages as the sample, the new generation peasantworker as a research object, in the form of questionnaires conducted the inspection.According to the survey: in literacy, employment conditions, life style, thinking, andsome other aspects，the new generation peasant workers has a tremendous differencewith the older generation peasant workers.In the process of citizenization, for the new generation peasant workers, there aresome contradictions between the reality and the expectations of the city, the demandsof life. From the view of system, society, economy and each person, we analyze thefactors that caused the contradiction.
