The new generation of migrant workers is of the migrant workers who is born in 80, 90 years, their job satisfaction is the attitude and evaluation on in all aspects of their own work. Due to the different industries in working environment and the intensity of labor and salary and welfare treatment is different, the job satisfaction and its influencing factors is different. So this study is about job satisfaction analysis and comparison from many aspects of the new generation of migrant workers in the manufacturing and service industry.Put forward the effective measures for the improvement of the new generation of migrant workers job satisfaction for the two industries to improve the efficiency of enterprise human resources management, improve the working environment, improve the management system, and provide a certain reference value for the future research.Firstly, this paper researches on the new generation of migrant workers job satisfaction is summarized. On the basis of reference to the scholars' research results and interview, design the job satisfaction questionnaire of new generation migrant workers. Through factor analysis, scale classified as "the job itself", "career development " and " interpersonal relationship ".And then through comparative analysis and ANOVA analysis found that there are significant differences in the individual characteristics on job satisfaction of manufacturing and service new generation of migrant workers. Using linear regression analyzing factors of manufacturing and service overall job satisfaction, the subjective factors about influencing overall job satisfaction of manufacturing are: the work itself, career development and labor contracts; the subjective factors about influencing overall job satisfaction of service are: the work itself, career development and relationships. Finally, on the basis of statistical results,draw conclusions and propose appropriate countermeasures: the first is to develop a reasonable time employment, improve the working environment, the introduction of advanced technology or high-tech equipment to reduce labor intensity and increasing labor protection; the second is to improve the pay system and promotion system, and attach importance to the new generation of migrant workers skills training; third, for the manufacturing sector, should strictly abide by the labor law the relevant provisions of labor contracts with workers, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers; fourth, for the service sector, migrant workers should improve relations with leaders, colleagues and customers, forming a harmonious working atmosphere.
