Based Enterprise Knowledge Of The Business Cooperation Partner Selection And Evaluation Studies

With the coming of knowledge economy, business competitive presents new characteristics and forms. Facing with the market environment of information explosion, resource scarcity and the instability of market demand and other market conditions, how to win in the competition and how to enhance the enterprise's core competitive ability is a pressing need to study. And seeing from the situation of today's development, cooperation is an important means for business development. Looking around the world, we will find that many enterprises of supply chain cooperate with others about technology, capital, manpower and other aspects in order to better develop their own self and gain a foothold in the market. Therefore, the research about knowledge cooperation has been paid much attention by the majority of scholars and entrepreneurs. This article attempts to study how to choose enterprise knowledge cooperation partners based on business cooperation, which are of great significance both in theory and in reality. In theory, this article summarizes the status of business cooperation, knowledge types during the business cooperation, the level of knowledge cooperation and knowledge collaboration characteristics and the types of knowledge partner. It can make up for previous shortcomings of knowledge cooperation in a certain degree. In practice, this paper shows a detailed description of the operation process with an example according to the selection and evaluation model, which provides a reference for effective ideas for the enterprise. Considering characteristics of the research, the paper selects the risk matrix and the BP neural network based Matlab7.0 method to get scientific conclusions.We first present the background, origin and significance of the study, and introduce the relevant domestic and international study, which makes the innovation study, the research concept and research ideas. The paper analyses knowledge cooperation including the definition of knowledge, classification and characteristics, the definition of business cooperation and the current status of business cooperation. And it discusses transferring knowledge during the business cooperation, and classifies knowledge during the cooperation, and then it determines the level of the current knowledge cooperation about Chinese enterprises, which broadens the research ideas. From the overall perspective of supply chain knowledge flow model, drawing on OECD learning community model, the paper gets the content considering during selecting knowledge partners. Based on the theoretical analysis above the paper discusses the knowledge cooperation features and co-partners classification and summarizes the general approaches for partner selection, and then it makes a choice about knowledge partners'selecting methods. Next the paper focuses on the knowledge partner selection risk, evaluation index system and evaluation implementation. Through by the literature it summarizes the knowledge cooperation costs and risks, describes the risk matrix approach, and analyzes how to apply the risk matrix approach in choosing business knowledge cooperation partners. With the expert evaluation method, the paper removes papers with the greater risk in order to improve the efficiency of partner selection. In the next part the evaluation system about knowledge partners based on BP neural network is established, assisted by Matlab7.0. Last it makes the simulation analysis to select the knowledge partners of the enterprise, which to provide reference to the development of enterprises.
