The competition of enterprises has been gradually transformed into the competition of supply chains from single enterprise's competition from 1990. The supply chain management increasingly becomes the important weapon for gaining the advantage in competition and enhancing the competitive capacity for enterprises. The supply chains just centre at key suppliers, under the control of information, logistic and cash flow, in the whole process at supply chain management:purchasing raw materials then manufacture the mid-products and final goods, selling the finished goods to consumers. Such as suppliers,manufacturers and end user align together, integrate a model of chain constructer, and supplier in the upriver of supply chain is the vertical important role, the quality of supplier is better or worst will impact the purchasing performance of downriver manufacturers directly, also influence the manufacturing, selling even the whole business. Therefore, supplier sourcing and supplier relationship management is so important for enterprises.Supplier selecting and relationship management is the key point which the thesis studied. Firstly depicts the importance of supplier selection and evaluation based on the basic theory of supplier selecting and relationship management, include selecting methods,the evaluation system of supplier selection and theory of supplier relationship management, etc. Secondly depicts the industry background of SAA stay and SAA supplier selecting program,supplier relationship management status, also analyzed the problem that SAA was facing.With leading of supplier selecting and relationship's theory, improve the reasonable and suitable for SAA's supplier selecting system and evaluating system, and focus on the supplier of direct raw materials to establish reasonable evaluation system. Then, divide four types of supplier relationship, establish the evaluation system of each relationship and inspirit with suppliers base on the evaluation result, at same time, point out the risk of supplier relationship, establish the protecting system of risk to reduce the lost, to get maximum benefit for both parties.At the end, summarize the harvest of study and the shortage, point out the direction of further research in supplier selecting and relationship management.
