Strategic human resources management is a mode of human resources management. The present situation of NCYP's human resources management shows human resources shortage, severe brain drain, unsound human resources management system, weakness in the fundamental work of human resources management and lack of human resources management consciousness, which have caused that the human resources management could not adapt to the development of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the present situation of NCYP's human resources management, with synthetical application of human resources management theory and NYCP's actual situation, the article proposes that the directions of the development of NCYP's human resources management should be to establish a strategy-oriented organizational structure, a strategy-oriented access to and re-configuration,of human resources, a training system oriented to improve the professional ability, a results-oriented performance management system and a compensation and benefits system oriented in stimulation, and to improve employee satisfaction, enhance the overall performance, ease employee shortages and brain drain, and the most critical thing is to support NCYP's strategic objectives, to unite all the employees to work together for the organization's objectives.
