It is well-known that agriculture is basic industries in China; agriculture development has great significance for country's stability and development. Agriculture can not develop without strong support of agricultural enterprises. With economic development, people's requirements for food safety has been improving more and more people want to eat safe food, and provide consumers with safety of agricultural products is to ensure the continuous development of agricultural enterprises growth. In order to promote the development of agricultural enterprises and the protection of food safety, the state of development of agricultural industrialization policy support has intensified, and agricultural patterns of corporate brand strategy began to emerge. Over the past few years, start at home to adjust and optimize the agricultural structure, vigorously develop the famous high quality products, in establishing agricultural brand, enhance agricultural awareness, enhance the competitiveness of agriculture has achieved significant results. The China Green Foodstuff Group is developed in the context of such a special time.This research present the current situation of China Green Foodstuff Group, including the distribution of the Group's base, organization, key economic indicators, the composition of major business enterprises. Secondly, the paper analyses the circumstances of the development of policy, economic, social, technological environment, through comprehensive analysis, we find that it faced a rare development opportunity, the opportunities far greater than the threat.
