China’s economy is at an important transition phase, as a predominantly agricultural country, how to integrate the agricultural chain, and the formation of competitiveness, is one of the important problems. And this situation is conducive to China’s agricultural industrialization leading companies added to the market competition, participation in the agricultural industry value chain to compete with the division of labor, promote enterprise into a higher stage of development.Over the past few years, the country also increased policy support for the development of agricultural industrialization, the competitive landscape of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises began to form.2012 Green City Group Co., Ltd. completed the restructuring, after two years, the business began to improve, gradually strengthening brand awareness, but how to stand out in an increasingly strengthen the competitive pressures at home and abroad, and to meet the global industry value chain integration opportunities, achieve sustainable development of enterprises, enterprises need is an issue of concern.This paper discusses the current development of green all groups, including the basic situation of enterprises, the status quo of perestroika, the results of perestroika, business size and features, etc., and put forward the idea of business; secondly, the use of PEST model and five force model of the Green Group operates both the political, economic, technological, social, trade existing competitive situation, the threat of potential entrants, bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers and the threat of substitutes and other factors strategic analysis; then using the SWOT model to analyze the development of the Green Group have their own conditions, have made the Green Group’s development strategic positioning, focusing on rice acquisition, management conducted a study to establish a strategic business development goals; again, on the basis of research and analysis summarizes the Group’s development in green are the problems raised green all the Group’s development strategy guiding ideology, etc; and finally, a targeted strategy proposed countermeasures are the Green Group’s development.
