Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is an important component of the Logistics System. Compared with the traditional warehouse, AS/RS own the advantage of mechanical Handling and automated control, computer management, and information networks and so on. With the development of the economic and logistics, AS/RS will be applied more extensive; economic benefits become increasingly significant. In order to decrease the gap with advanced countries in this field, the paper mentions some methods to improve operational efficiency of AS/RS.Through consult literature and partial cases, Establish Warehouse System Model. In that case, using the system simulation software Flexsim, simulate the system model. From the result, the system model adapt to the design acquirement.Take the motion control on high acceleration stack crane as the primary research part. Adopt the two motor driving technologies to promote the velocity of stack crane. In order to fulfill the smooth of movement, the S-curve speed control replaced the traditional trapezoidal speed control curve. The motion control methods for Stack Crane is using double displacement and speed closed-loop control scheme, in order to adjust the speed of the Stack Crane and positioning.To solve synchronous problem of the dual-motor driving, take master-slave synchronization control strategy. Make the main motor's speed as input from the slave motor track of the speed of the main motor. Using fuzzy control methods, and through Matlab/Simulink simulation to test the performance of this method. From the simulation results, fuzzy control can be reached control requirements.Using configuration software RSView32, develop monitoring system, through the establishment of RSLink PC and PLC communications, the PC real-time field data collection. Roadway monitoring system with the overall monitoring, Stacker Crane real-time monitoring, fault alarm, inventory and operating information for complete statements five aspects functional modules. Complete a scene monitoring purposes.
