Design And Implementation Of Medical Resources Preprocessing System Based On Xml

Along with the hospital information system widely used, a large number of medical resources come out in the course of clinical diagnosis. Such as individual information, examination information, diagnosis report, images. They can play an important role in diagnosis, teaching, research in hospitals, and even they can guide the development and planning of the hospital. However, they are heterogeneous data, such as:image resources are image format, so they belong to non-structured data, but the patients'individual information are stored in database, and they belong to well-structured data. So they can't be used uniformly, and their effect is cut down badly.How to integrate and take full use of these valuable medical resources are the main issues to be resolved to this paper. So the main object of this paper is solving the problem of heterogeneous data sources where we can extract and sort out important information.First of all, this paper analyzed the background and actuality, put forward a patient-centered case form to store all forms of important medical information and successfully designed the Medical Case Markup Language to describe the case information.Secondly, the paper adopted the preprocessing method to solve the problem of dispersible storage and out-of-order organization of the medical resources, and achieved data extraction, cleaning, conversion, storage and these realized the integration and storage of the medical resources.Presently, this system has been delivered to users and runs well-functioning.
