| With continuous improvement of our military's information construction, and rapid development of military communication technology, it makes the establishment of the communication unit management system become inevitable within group army, because the group army is the subsection unit of force conduct, is the key link of connecting head organs and primary. Therefore, the healthy development of communications unit and the rapid collection, effective processing and timely feedback of communication information will have a great victory chips.In this thesis, from reality of all communication unit in the group army start out, so as to the management of the communication unit for the research object, and personnel, equipment, training examination as the center, J2EE as the core technology, design and develop this communication unit management system. The management system uses dynamic page technology, characterized by easy for learning, studying, management and application. The management system sets of information input, information inquiry and information application. And the management system makes all the work of communication unit form old and single shotgun management model to a new management and service of people foremost model, which enhances the management work of communication unit to a new level.In this thesis, the communication unit management system development background and the realization significance are mentioned firstly. Then the system design and the implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system realization goal and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the system are given detailed description. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the system detected in the testing in this thesis. |
