The Research & Implementation Of Tjmcc Network Proactive Monitoring Technology

With the continuous development of business, customers'demands for the network stability and high-quality operation have developed constantly. The traditional passive network monitoring that found the failure by equipment alarm becomes unable to meet the monitoring requirements. The current existing monitor patterns need to be broken and full use of a variety of network business operations information, it could warn the network and repair it in time and improve security and stability of network business operation by scientific analysis finding potential problems in network business operating which achieves effective and initiative monitor.The major research work of this article include:(1) Introduces the active monitoring technology of Tianjin Mobile and the background of the project implementation. Analysis the company's present situation and problems, the purpose is clear the necessity of researching active monitoring technology and overall objectives that will be achieved. (2) The use of existing network management system performance statistics to monitor performance mainly through the threshold and indicators, historical statistical baselines for comparison and found business and network performance degraded in order to achieve real-time performance-based initiative monitoring technology. (3) The impact of alarm through an in-depth analysis, monitoring personnel to guide the proper and orderly conduct of the alarm handling, while standardizing the handling of alarm monitoring personnel processes, improving the efficiency and accuracy of alarm handling, forming an early warning based on the analysis of active monitoring technology. (4) In order to ensure the effectiveness of active monitoring technology we lastly put forward two complementary technologies:the warning signs and smart engineering inspection, it further ensures the implementation of active monitoring technology effects.The design of the program that presents in this paper has been put into practical operation after implementation of the project and testing functional, this design achieves the original design requirements, and has completed the erection of the platform, it provides a good means of IT technology for Tianjin mobile network monitoring and improves the network monitor efficiency and achieves the desired results.
