Retailed informationization is the strong method to strengthen service station management. Forecourt Devices Control System (FDCS) based on IFSF studied by this paper is the key system of the retail management system. It is mainly responsible for the management of all forecourt devices, the protocol converter between IFSF and some dispenser protocol and the management of oil product. The goal of the system is to implements the unified management of forecourt devices in gas station and trying to record, track and monitor the oil transactions..This paper mainly studied these contents: the realization of forecourt controller based on IFSF; the implementation of conversion between private dispenser protocol and IFSF protocol; the design and implementation of forecourt configuration, wet data manager and application interface. The protocol conversion makes devices of different protocols communicate with each other easily. Wet data manager can monitor input ,output and inventory of the oil data efficiently. The dynamic Web configuration tool makes it possible to configure, forecourt devices from remote PC. Applications can manage and control forecourt devices directly by communicating with FCC through the defined API.This paper has completed the design and implementation of every module of the Forecourt Devices Control System. It also made a brief introduction of the key business in gas station. This paper has realized the whole sales process of gas stations from a technical point of view.
