Oil and chemical industry enterprises are the pillar industries of China's national economy. Petroleum and chemical enterprises effectively support and promote China's economic development. Oil and chemical companies and benefit the development of scale are related to the growth of China's national economy one of the important factors. Chinese oil and petrochemical products realize the retail system of the target electron, the use of advanced electronic information technology, into the gas station, sale, payment, deposit automation management requirements have been very urgent.Automated management of our gas station for a late start relative to developed countries, the current domestic gas stations a lot of variety, but in quantity, size, technology and equipment, automation, service projects and service levels are far from up to satisfy market needs. From the equipment, the current domestic gas stations obsolete equipment, low degree of automation can not improve the management level of filling stations. From a managerial point of view, the majority of China's gas stations are single-station-style management, gas stations play a full role in the operating unit, operating scattered backward way; coupled with China's basic weak management of information, covering company-wide computer communication network not yet been completed, slow data transfer operations, management quality and efficiency is low; on various aspect ADOMS should not provide an effective means of monitoring of high stocks, stock, capital movements analysis, sales paid circulation not be able to effectively monitor . In order to solve the above problem, the domestic has been a lot of researchers committed to the project research. Research from these studies must improve procedures on system reliability or efficiency, but there is no fundamental solution to the current system management stations of the key technical problems. In this context, the item for the status of the domestic gas stations, gas stations raised the invoice management and data management programs.This paper first introduces a gas station invoice management and data management, statistical research background and significance, as well as the related field of study at home and abroad, and then the system needs analysis, module division, program design, system architecture design. On the design of simulation technology are discussed, and then put forward the design idea of the overall system implementation, as well as on the specific design of each module. Finally on the system implementation process of technology.
