The 21'th century is the era of human entering into information society. With the extending of human researching fields and spaces, the kinds of electronic information which people acquired increasing gradually, so the information construction which play an important role in promoting productivity, improving service quality and enhancing competitive ability.We discovered that the railway's switch had been realized electrization after investigation on the spot, the railway department didn't have a pressure monitoring system. If we didn't find the trouble of hydraulic pressure equipment in time, the railway switching would be failure. So realizing the pressure monitoring real-time which could promote the coefficients of success and safety in railway switch and traffics. The monitoring of hydraulic pressure devices plays an important role in the railway system which could promote service quality and competitive ability.The paper analyzes systematically the organized characteristics and the structure principle of the pressure monitoring system based on micro-computer technology, and the design adopts the AT89S52 to realize the control, sampling, monitoring and communication of the pressure monitoring system.The paper pay more attention to solve many technical problems, such as the confirmation of the system design scheme, the selection of the controller and control chip of LED, the design. of man-machine interface and programming of system. monitoring in the course of paper writing. The system adopts RS485 to process the serial communication in the course of design and solves some problems of the serial" communication excellently because RS485 has many advantages in serial communication.The pressure monitoring system has many functions such as pressure measurement, data sampling and transmitting and alarm, which adopts two-level micro-computer control and distributed detecting system structure. The principle machine uses PC and subordinate machine uses AT89S52. The former part of data collecting include weight sensor which use single-bus interface and measure the pressure of hydraulic pressure device. The system adopts anti-jamming methods from hardware and software in order to promote the reliability of the system, and then accomplished the design of hardware circuit and debugging of software. The hardware and software divide into different modules which create better foundation for the future functional extension.The design method uses the idea of software engineering to implement program structuralization and function modularization.
