NMR measurement of the magnetic field is the current method of measuring the magnetic field in a high precision. Because of the gyromagnetic ratio of atomic nucleus can be measured accurate to 10-5~10-7 order of magnitude, the magnetic field measured by NMR measurements also can be measured accurate to 10-5-10-7 order of magnitude. So the NMR measurement of the magnetic field in the area of measuring the magnetic field has been widely used.In this paper, starting from the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance, elaborating the theoretical foundation of the instrument design for measuring the magnetic field, and then through the combination of hardware and software system, using sweeping field manner finishes the instrument design for measuring the magnetic field. It includes that the acquisition part of the NMR signals, the parts of searching and tracking the NMR signals automatically, the controlling and displaying part of the NMR signals and the conditioning part of the signal. This article focuses on the acquisition part of the NMR signals and the conditioning part of the signal, referred to the design and production of the regulated power supply, the design and production of the marginal oscillator, the design and production of the sample probe and the design and production of the modulated magnetic fields.
