Microwave power module (MPM) is the power component with new concept proposed at the end of 1980's, which integrates the advantages of solid component and electro vacuum efficiently. And now, the study in this filed is carried out in domestic while the developed countries already employed the MPM in weapon system. The article studies the integrated regulated power supply of MPM to satisfy the requirement for transmitter of certain unmanned synthetic aperture airborne radar.MPM is mainly consists of MMIC solid drive amplifier, miniaturization helix TWT with low gain and integrated regulated power supply with high efficiency. This article mainly analyzes the main functions and specifications of each part in MPM integrated regulated power supply and topology of the integrated regulated power supply and designing principle. The phase shift full bridge flexible switching technique (PSC FB ZVS-PWM) is introduced into the design, which establishes the theoretical base for further reducing the size of the switching regulated power supply and increasing the efficiency, meanwhile, which provides sufficient theoretical and practical preparation for employing the HV switching power supply with 100kHz switching frequency in the practice radar transmitter.
