Research On Collecting And Sharing The Health Information In District

The designing principle of sanitation information collection and sharing system is focused on its availability, standardization and practicability. At the same time, the system should provide an applicable classification for regional data centers, including applicative function platform, information resource center and resource integration platform.The information sharing system aims to choose a suitable access mode according to the different access right and data types (text and image files). Considering the efficiency and feasibility of this system, to use a general web interface access mode would be favorable, and it reduces the difficulties of the reconstruction of current hospital systems.This thesis provides a deep research on how to construct the core part of the system: regional database center, and how to support different databases with different functions. Moreover, it provides a PIX thinking of distinguish the uniqueness of citizen identity. Lastly, this paper analyzes two associated connections of medical information integration: human and clinical.
