E-commerce is an application-oriented subject relating to other subjects, and its practical training is an important component of the course system. The practice-training course plays a very important role in training students' practical business skills, enhancing the overall quality of students and so on. E-commerce training course can enable the students to familiarize themselves with the practical application situation, understand the actual business model in e-commerce operation, commercial business processes, commercial operation support technology, etc. in order to consolidate the theoretical knowledge of e-commerce study.According to the current e-commerce training system in practical applications, although all colleges and universities have given a high degree of attention, and invested a large amount of manpower and material resources for the promotion of practical applications, the effect is far from satisfaction. There are many reasons as follows. Most of the Training system only some of the fixed accumulation of operation, and there is no room for innovation, student's business concept training is not enough, and without a specific business context, the training of students ability on interpersonal communication, organization and coordination capacity, emotional value culture, etc. can not be achieved.Educational games, with features such as education, interest, reality simulation, etc., not only can build a virtual business context, simulate e-commerce processes, but also enable learners to cultivate business ethics in the game environment and interpersonal communication ability, then provide a good solution for the above problems. However, as a bottleneck, the complicated development process of educational games and its high costs constrain the development of e-commerce practical training systems based on games.Depending on the specific requirements of e-commerce practical training, under the guidance of Game-based Learning theory, utilizing reference of the educational game design ideas, this paper simplifies the game development process, through the analysis of classic e-commerce case study, and conclude incentive mechanism, rules, roles, tasks, attributes, interactive and other game factors, simulate the process of the classic case, with the interesting situation of the game, then embed the educational games in the entire e-commerce practical training teaching and learning process. The whole system discards three-dimensional scenes, game engine and other complex components, but does design and development in the form of components, which contains high universal. Based on the above ideas, this paper, from analysis of the questionnaire of "Campus Business Practice" and training object, to do a specific design on all components, the user attributes, incentive mechanism, immersion mechanism, interactive mechanism and make the use of diary, record, experience values, health values, fortune values and virtual currency to offer objective data evaluation and subjective evaluation for practical training results. Meanwhile, the paper, closely based on the theme of "Campus Business Practice" of "Interactive Learning Through Games", makes the use of database technology, .Net Ajax refresh technology, components equipment and interface technology, and use C #, XML, JavaScript, programming language to develop a part of components.
