Design And Management Of Led Display Panel In Factory

LED display panel can display signal such as: character, graphics, picture, cartoon, market information, video and kinescope. It is consisted by LED array device. In modern information society, display production and technology which as people and machine information vision media has developed quickly. Display technology that enter the 21th century will be the times of panel display. The led display panel which as the leading production for panel display will undoubted have farer development. It will possibly become the representative leading production of display panel in the 21th century.The task of this paper is to design a management system which is based on the led display panel for factory. The panel can display daily information such as Chinese, English, Japanese and data. We can use the system to watch the production of product, part storage, badness percentage of production, urgency information about producting which is relative to production. We can share the data and control remotely through Internet.At first we introduce the display driven IC CH452. We depict the feature of the driven IC particularly by the aspect of complexity, cost, consume, expansibility. The result indicate the display panel which used CH452 as driven IC can display well, the light is uniform and the letterform is in focus. It is suit for our application. In addition, we introduce the characteristic of PIC MCU and the reason of selecting this MCU as the main controlling IC. Furthermore we aim at the problem which the function is less in more display panel, we extend the hardware of the system. It can realize more function now.We aim at the problem which is in the previous Bootloader, design the bootloader source code newly. Then we introduce the basic principle of displaying character and Chinese character. We analyze and investigate the driven source code which is based on CH452. In order to stakeout every task's running time, the frequency of dispatching and abnormity, we design a time partition system whose core is not robbing. Our research indicate the fact, although running the system will increase the source consume, it can run under the safe, reliable, high efficient circumstance.At last, in order to share the data through network and controlling remotely, research the method of realizing embedded web sever. Has realized the representative Ethernet bag's sending and receiving, finish the target of linking the 8 bits system to the Internet.Finally we designate the next researching direction of this paper.
