AS PART OF ERP, PARTS AND SERVICE SYSTEM MENTIONED IN THIS PAPER OWNS MANY MODULES AND INTERFACES AND IS PREPARING TO CONFRONT ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PROCESSING REBUILDING AND WORKFLOW INTEGRATION. FROM A PERSPECTIVE OF FLEXIBLE SYSTEM DESIGN TO ADAPT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, THIS PAPER PROPOSES A ECA-RULE-BASED FRAMEWORK FOR SYSTEM. THE MAIN IDEAL IS TO DIVIDE BUSINESS LOGIC FROM DETAIL PROCESSING MODULES, SO THAT SYSTEM FUNCTION AND PERFORMANCE CAN BE IMPROVED BY RE-DEFINING PROCESSING LOGIC RULES, BUT NO FUNCTION MODULE MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED.The paper mainly discusses the following points: First, the paper provides ECA-based system framework. The framework includes four modules: man-machine and environment interface, functional parts and control center. The public control centre manages and engines each functional modules using event driven method. It also can startup the interface functions with other modules according to the conditions. In this way the systems implement their business logic and carry out the collaborations among their modules by the reasonable division of business logic and business processing.Secondly, the paper introduces extended UML processing model. To integrate system modeling and following software development well, UML is adopted for processing modeling in the paper. It can express event driven system model clearly and is convenient for software reuse, reconstitution, integration and collaboration when build system model by UML in the framework based on ECA rules. Finally, the paper shows system processing model and parts of function screen prototypes under the support of system framework and processing models. It will be well useful for system development, implementation and business processing rebuild.
