Business Modeling Based On UML And Process Guided By RUP

Nowadays, in software industry developing is getting more and more standardizing , develop lifecycle and develop process is clearly separated. One of the most important step in inception phase of project lifecycle is capturing and analyzing business process and building business model. Through the process of business modeling, we can catch the static structure and dynamic business process of the enterprise which the project will deploying in, more then that, we shall understand the value will created by the project and betterment on the organize business, then we will get the whole comprehension about the organize by the client ,direct customer and developer. How to modeling, by what land of expressing method, based on what kind of modeling process is the core problem of building business model.Unified modeling language is a kind of powerful standard modeling language protracting software blueprint, which was widely used in each process of business modeling, this paper focused on how to analyzing business system with the diagrams in UML and then getting business model, not the whole process of constructing software blueprint .at the same time, in order to standardizing the process of modeling ,we import the Rational Unified Process which used to unifying the way how the UML used under certain framework and process guiding.In order to explain clearly how the UML used in business modeling, we quote a example about a company .in the example, we used diagrams in UML to capture business process and then building business model, the example show the diagrams in UML have the power not only displaying synopsis information but also detail information, it also shows the excellent expressive force on model view and capturing and analyzing ability of UML .Those characteristic, agility ,easy to understand and easy to building make UML the powerful tool to building business model.
