Design And Implementation Of Kcist Budget Management System

With the reduction of resources and the increase of competition, budget is becoming more and more important in the process of enterprise management. Enterprise adopts budget to achieve optimal configuration of resources and rational planning of business activities. From this perspective, through analysis and improvement of the old budget process, a new budget management model which is based on operation is proposed, on this basis, at the same time I participated in the development of the budget management system for KCIST. At present the budget management system has been well used for production and management.With the development tool of Eclipse, the use of MVC pattern in Struts framework and B/S architecture, system has achieved the basic needs of enterprise budget management. From the perspective of software engineering, paper comprehensively summed up the project development process. First, I have done a detailed requirements analysis for budget management system, including business analysis, functional analysis and feasibility analysis. The next step is to carry out system design, using the Rational Rose tool for UML modeling of the system, namely including the system module design, process design, class diagram design, component design and database design. Finally code was written to achieve the functions of budget management system, budget type selection module, budget presentation module, budget audit modules, budget review modules, query and print module, document management module and system management module constitute the seven basic modules of system. Presentation layer, business layer and persistence layer constitute the framework of budget management system.The new enterprise budget management system which is based on operation provides a strong basis of decision making for Japanese enterprise in the facts of enterprise cost control, production planning and sales management. The efficiency and returns of enterprise are increasing quickly and observably. Over the past year, the budget management system has been applied in KCIST, efficiency increased by 5% and 4.3% reduction in the operational costs.
