Study Of Enterprise-oriented Information Service Of University Library And Information Platform Practice

University library is a user-oriented to carry out the information services. Information needs of different users determine university library information service cannot be static. Therefore, in order to meet the information needs of enterprises, university library pattern need to develop the information service which fulfills the demand of enterprise information characteristics. The development of information technology and network has promoted the construction of library information recourses, information service tools and pattern. More importantly, information technology has accelerated the demand of information service for enterprise. Information has become an essential foundation for enterprise management decision-making, product and market development, competitor analysis and become an important strategic resource of enterprise. However, enterprises face many difficulties in management of information resources, Such as the information awareness, lack of experience in the development of information resources and lack of professional personnel Etc.Those difficulties force enterprise to seek help from the outside information institute, and then generate a large amount of information service needs which provide opportunities for information services of the university library. But, face the new situation, the traditional university library information service have not effectively meet the enterprise needs, so the library should change the concept of information service, build enterprise-oriented service positively. Include the platform of resource services, personalized service and knowledgeable service for enterprise.First of all, this paper analysis the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprise-oriented platform of library information service, especially the comparison of the gap of domestic and foreign information service, sum up the lack of domestic of library information service; The second, this paper analysis the enterprise-oriented information service of university Library, analysis the content, elements, objectives, functions and structure of information service. Proposal of building an enterprise-oriented platform of university library information services from strategy, principles and information service type. Meanwhile, proposal three platforms to achieve functional:platform of university library resources services, personalized service platform and knowledgeable service platform for enterprise; the last, this paper analysis the platform practice case of Chongqing university library and illustrates the importance of university library to carry out information services. Finally, university library should promote enterprise-oriented platform of information services and the development of library information services.
