| By the end of 2009, the fixed-line business of China telecommunications industry remains a rapid development momentum. But facing to the value of the global communications ARPU declining situation, the telecom operators still feel the pressure of the unprecedented.In 2008, China telecom purchases the CDMA network of China Unicom successfully. Although with the ability to operate the whole business, facing to the voice market which has became saturated and the fierce market competition, the telecom operators need to find a kind of comprehensive voice service that fixed-line and mobile user can both apply.Integrated Virtual Private Network (IVPN) service, as a business to conform a single network and support multi-network operator's business, can provide customers with the best solution, provide flexible billing strategy and rich billing features, and effectively improve market competitiveness and customer satisfaction in support of the sustainable development of the operators.According to the service characteristics of IVPN, this thesis combined with actual network conditions of mobile voice network,PSTN and NGN network, elaborated the implementation of the IVPN business, and described the realization mode after the integrated of three nets for the group stage customer service. Moreover, it carried on the forecast to the IVPN service's future. |
