A recent shift from process-centric to data-centric is happening in the BPMS (Business Process Management System) arena and shown promising signs. A leading approach is the artifact-centric ideology and its management. The automated transition issue between logical model and physical model is a crucial issue according to the facing issues in the domain of Artifact-centric BPMS.In this paper, we choose ArtiFlow as logical model and BPEL as physical model, we stress discuss the automated transition issues in the domain of artifact-centric BPMS.The studies of Service Matching and ArtiFlow optimization is to achieve automated realization of Artifact-oriented business processes, and improve efficiency, reduce implementation costs. This paper presents a comprehensive analysis based on the current situation of the domestic and international research about the technology in Artifact-centric business process automated realization. The detailed content can be illustrated as follows.Firstly, the formal definition of ArtiFlow model and ArtiFlow service model are given, and the corresponding physical service model .In the matching process in order to improve the matching efficiency and services combine, we given the service models with extendsing operation models. For each Artifact instance, we will create a XML document. To match its internal structure of XML data, we adopt the XML similarity method. The algorithm combines both advantages of semantic and syntactic services matching mechanisms, matching services between two layers. Based on the above two models, we proposed to Two-layers matching algorithm between logical repositories and physical services of Artifact-centered.Secondly, we illustrate the formal definition of artifact and ArtiFlow model. And introduce some ArtiFlow optimization strategies including a simple example, then the ServiceFlow model is formed. Based on the above two models, we propose a two-layer algorithm that used for transforming ArtiFlow model to ServiceFlow model. We also apply Petri nets to analyze the possible executable sequences of services, which will provide BPEL to orchestrate web services wellMoreover, we analyze the ArtiFlow optimization rules in deeply. The ArtiFlow Model structures have been divided into channels ArtiFlow type, I / O type, storage tube type. We study relationship should meet of the various of structures should meet, the corresponding theoretical analysis, theorem proving, and examples are presented. In order to face of more complex transform, we gives a kind of Petri net Artifact-centric data analysis methods to obtain ServiceFlow business activities sequence, and then the activies tree is tput forward .Finally, extensive experiments are conducted to testify these proposed algorithms and the experimental result is given and analyzed carefully.
