Thanks to its flexible capability of service,the application of Softswitch technology has showed great advantage in the market.After discussion and experience for some yeas,the soft switch technology has started to emerge.Although the commercial deployment loyment might have faced a little problems,for example,people still have different views on it,this new technology has been continuously improved by practice.The establishment of China mobile softswitch network and its formal release in 2005,proved the possibility of softswitch's commercial usage of large scale,and meanwhile indicated the tandem network of soft switch has entered into a mature stage.This paper based on the analysis of the Soft-Switch network technique, and according to the practice application of soft-switch in AYMCC and HNMCC, offers visualized design and practice plan of phase 13 soft-switch network expansion for AYMCC, to suffice service requirement of Y09 in AYMCC. After this project, we made detailed project test, including hardware test, operation and maintenance test, service test and so on. Meanwhile, we emphasized performance test of the new network, including voice-quality test and self-regulation test. Furthermore, considering the goal of network evolvement, the reconstruct project from conventional circuit switch to IP switch has been took place. Therefore, all the new network elements were put into service in VOIP mode, which do will establish a better base for the development of communication network。At present, this soft-switch system has been formally applied in AYMCC,.After this project, the core network hierarchy of AYMCC will be more standardization, the whole network will be more robust, and the capacity of service support will be increased greatly, which will not only bring profit to AYMCC but also will take great effect on common benefit of society.
