China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) is independently developed by China, promulgated in 2006, mainly for MP3, PDA, cell phones and other portable mobile devices. The rapid development of CMMB and network construction makes CMMB signal tester have a very large demand.This paper describes CMMB Signal Tester System Design and Implementation. The application reference software engineering design. At first the user needs is determined, design of programming interface is based on user needs. The software is divided into different functional modules, so that the whole software structure clear and easy to debug and contribute to post-maintenance.In the third chapter, there is a detailed analysis of the software user needs, which is used to determine software interface features. The main objective of interface design include user-friendly, strong stability, response time and so on. All data-processing are placed in the background, to avoid blocking message thread leading to interface stuck. Second, this chapter illustrates the design of other modules.
